The 8th International NATO Week in Ukraine
The 8th International NATO week opened at the National Defense Academy of Ukraine on February 11, 2008 under the slogan “NATO & Partners: overcoming security challenges”. General Vitaliy Radetskiy, the Commandant of the Ukrainian National Defense Academy, Urban Rusnak, the Ambassador of the Republic of Slovakia to Ukraine, and Lieutenant General Marc Vankeirsbilck, the Commandant of the NATO Defense College, inaugurated the event.
PIMS: In support of Ukrainian PfP Partners
PIMS started in Ukraine in August 1997 first with installation of equipment at the MoD, National Defense Academy of Ukraine (NDAU) and Multinational Staff Officers Center (MSOC). Satellite antenna was mounted; servers and desktops were distributed and set up.
