PIMS was established in Albania in August 1998. The PIMS satellite dish and the PIMS office were located in the Albanian Ministry of Defense. “The MoD and General Staff were using the computers in the PIMS Office to access information and to exchange information with other Partner or NATO countries.” said Ms. Erga Musaj, Albanian Technical ICC.
